This was a really fun page-turner! I loved the smart and sassy heroine and had trouble putting the book down. The writing does an excellent job of painting a picture of what's happening while keeping a good pace. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait for the next!Product details

This was a fun read. Lots of steamy sex scenes, funny dialogue, and an interesting hero and heroine. I look forward to the next book!
This is a great new book by a great new writer. I was able to easily imagine each character because of the detailed descriptions of each of them. The story was well thought out and well written. I had a hard time putting the book down because I wanted to see how the story unfolded. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
I thought that this was an ok read. I liked the story and characters. I just wished that I felt more of a connection to the characters and more chemistry between the MCs. Overall I thought it was a nice debut novel and I look forward to meeting more characters and seeing what else unfolds in Cedar Creek.

3.75 stars. I was torn on how to rate this. I wasn't into it at ALL in the beginning, the chemistry just wasn't there for the MC's and I couldn't have cared less about the story UNTIL about halfway through. I love a good shifter romance but I wish I had felt their connection a lot earlier on in the story. Overall it kept my intrest which is why it recieved a higher rating... and also the sex scenes were very well written.
What a great introduction to a first time author! She quickly pulled me into the lives of her characters and I had to keep reading to see how their stories unfolded. I have never been a big romance novel reader but I loved the characters she develop in this story and I am interested to see what happens next and to see this author’s style emerge.
A good novella from new author JL Guzior. Couldn't wait to see how everything unfolded. Really looking forward to the next one!
I enjoyed this romance novella by JL Guzior. The writing was fast-paced and kept me turning the pages, and the characters seemed real to me. The dialogue was believable, and the sex scenes were tastfully done. I look forward to reading the second installment in the series.
